Wallace Tanksley, dba Wally Tanksley, LLC, has previously been a GSA contractor providing services under SIN 595-25, EEO Services which includes Alternative Dispute Resolution - Mediation & Arbitration. He has also completed the 32-hour training program for EEO charge Investigation - MD 110.
Wally Tanksley has an extensive background with various agencies of the Federal government, both through prime contractors and as an employee. He did Employee Relations work with General Electric Company, prime contractor operating the Mississippi Test Facility for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration during the Saturn V program. He was Labor Relations Specialist for General Electric Company, prime contractor operating the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory for the Atomic Energy Commission and the Nuclear Navy, where he negotiated with six unions.
Mr. Tanksley's most recent position was Senior Vice President - Human Resources for the Tennessee Valley Authority, an agency of the Federal government, where he served from 1996-1999.
Since becoming an alternative dispute resolution practitioner in 1999, Mr. Tanksley has completed more than 2000 mediations. He has done mediations or arbitrations involving the following agencies.
