Wally Tanksley teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution as a member of the adjunct faculty in the Political Science Department at Kennesaw State University. He provides individualized mediation/arbitration service for individuals or organizations involved in or anticipating disputes in the areas of commercial/civil, workplace/employment/EEO, real estate/construction, Federal Sector, and divorce/domestic relations. Through affiliated organizations, Tanksley can provide mediation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution systems design and training to clients nationwide. System design and training in the latest techniques of negotiations and other problem-solving methodologies will be made available to your organization.
